5 Easy Steps to Looking Good and Feeling Great

Needing to lose weight? Need more energy? Have various ailments you need relief from? The program I am going to mention below has been known to help with all these things but before we begin I need to ask you to please do this program in consultation with your doctor if you have any illness or are more than 20kg's overweight. This program will definitely help everyone who tries it but it does need to be carried out sensibly and in consultation with your personal doctor.

1.Cleansing and Detox
Daily we are bombarded with toxins – from our environment to the food we eat, and so we need to make a plan to get rid of these toxins or else they build up and lead to all kinds of diseases and eventually death. I recommend a one day a week fast, where you only drink pure fruit juice and water or if you can manage it just drink pure water. If you are unable to fast for medical reasons check with your doctor whether you would be allowed to just eat raw fruit and vegetables for one day a week. Pure fruit juices, water and raw fruit and vegetables are very cleansing on your body and so help to get rid of the poisons that are building up. You may experience detox symptoms such as a headache but these are good symptoms as they are your bodies way of getting rid of the poisons.

2.Eat Pure Food and Drink Pure Water

detoxed it is important to do your best to try and keep your body free from toxins so try to eat only pure foods. Stay away from refined and processed foods including sugar, white flour and refined flour products, canned goods and foods with additives, preservatives and colorants. A good motto to go on is that if you can't read the label or it contains the names of chemicals don't buy it. Go for free range meats, raw fruits and vegetables and pure fruit juice and water as your drinks.

3.Exercise
We were never made to sit around doing nothing. In days gone by our ancestors had to take part in hard physical labor just to survive and they would walk everywhere but now we sit for just about everything we do and so our bodies have become very lazy and we have picked up weight, become sick and unhealthy and feel like we have no energy. It is important that we get up and do something. It doesn't matter what your activity is, it can be a sport, dance, aerobic or toning exercises, walking, etc. Whatever it is just do it. The benefits of getting regular exercise are too much to pass up on.

4.Get Plenty of Fresh Air and Sunshine
I am not saying you should go and bake in the sun and get skin cancer. What I am saying is that your body does need sunshine to manufacture Vitamin D and it does need plenty of fresh air and oxygen so

get outside. Go for a walk, work in the garden, just do something that gets you out there and you will experience the benefits of increased sunshine and oxygen.

5.Get Plenty of Rest and Relaxation
Our lives today have become really stressful and we seldom find time to just rest and relax. We go to bed at unearthly hours of the night or early morning and see an increase in stress-related diseases. We need to take time off, to rest, to relax and to get some sleep. We shoudl get eight hours of sleep a night, preferably a fair amount of this before midnight. We also need to take time to relax, do a hobby (find one if you don't have one) and not think about work or other stressful things in our lives.

By following these five steps you will notice a vast improvement in your life, you will get to and maintain your ideal weight, get more energy, feel much better physically and generally will notice the advantages of following this healthy plan. Here's to your health.
