3) Build your muscles to replace the fat content in your body. They apparently make you appear thinner and healthier, whereas fatness disfigures your overall physique.

4) The breakfast should be heartily consumed because the metabolism is quicker during the daytime as you are continuously awake. At night when you are asleep it gets slower. The fiber diet is most suitable for the digestive tract as it keeps the sugar levels evenly distributed throughout the body.

5) Regularly eat five to six times a day to keep the metabolism rate in proper pace. If you abundantly eat at once, the metabolism rate gets tapered.

6) Buy

a calorie counter and take a look of your calorie expenditure for the day. In this way gradually try to burn more calories day by day.

7) Observe the percentage of fats present in the foods, as the count will be mentioned on the carton itself.
