Are YOU Committing Suicide?

by Kristine Peterson

Except for a few aware people the human race is committing mass suicide! It isn’t just the smoking of cigarettes, the drinking of alcohol, or the taking of drugs. We know these things are harmful for us and cause cancer and heart disease, yet we continue to indulge ourselves. I have heard so many excuses as I am sure we all have for ignoring our health. Then of course there are the prescription drugs that Doctors prescribe for any little ailment. The side affects of these drugs are far worse than the ailment a lot of the time and also kills! Everyone is looking for a quick fix instead of getting to the root of the problem and eradicating that.

But, the things that most of us know nothing about are the chemicals that are used in our everyday products. Products to clean our homes, clothes and ourselves! Take for example shampoo. Do you know what is in your shampoo? One thing that is very common is parabens. There are several of them

(methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, ethylparaben) and they are used as preservatives. They have the potential for causing irritation and allergic reactions. They are very toxic!! Something else found in shampoos are Petroleum Distillates aka naphtha’s. These are a group of chemicals obtained from the petroleum refining process that are eye, skin and respiratory irritants. Now here is the real scary part! Neuro-toxic effects can lead to organic brain damage! Now stop and think how often you wash your hair. Every day? Each time you do you are treating your body and brain to a chemical bath that is extremely harmful!

Now lets take this one more step. Certain mental illnesses are caused from a chemical imbalance in the brain, such as depression and bi-polar disorder to name just a couple. Is it possible that the chemicals we put on our bodies through our shampoos, conditioners and other personal care items are causing the imbalance? If we

stop using these chemicals could we reverse these imbalances?

The good news is that personal care products are being produced and sold that do not have these chemicals and preservatives in them. YOU can save your life by changing to these products!

I am a health conscious individual that spends a lot of time researching

different ways of thinking. It is important to me to think outside the box or the matrix if you will! I do not believe and accept everything I see, read, or hear. Some things I have found to be truths for my own life and those things I pass on to you. My maxims are "think for yourself" and "listen to your whole self, body, mind and soul!" I have found that if I do those two things I am always happy! The goal of my web site is to supply those of you that have made the choice to go natural with quality products! http://www.naturallivingbychoice.com
