Coping With Stress Part 1

How Do You Cope With Stress?
Or
What The Russian Elite Know That You Don’t
Part 1
Ancient man was blessed with a built in warning system. If he sensed danger, a hormone released in his body that gave him a boost of adrenaline to fight off danger or at least hopefully to run faster and jump higher than his pursuer. Today we call this “fight or flight.”
Your body is an amazing chemical factory. When faced with a perceived danger (real or imaginary), extra blood flows to the kidneys, liver, digestive track. More sugar, fats, and cholesterol are released into the blood to meet the increased demand for energy. The heart rate and blood pressure increase to get more blood to the muscles, brain, and heart. Breathing speeds up and the body sweats.
While you are not running from saber tooth tigers you are still dealing with threats and stress. The list of such stresses would be endless. For the most part, you don’t have the outlet that our ancestors had when they either fought or ran. Big problem is you are still feeling the same adrenaline rush.
Stress not properly relieved can lead to anger, depression, various levels of anxiety, and even paranoia. Continued unrelieved stress can eventually cause headaches, ulcers, insomnia, high blood
pressure, exhaustion, and a weakened immune system and even adrenaline overdose. Some obvious symptoms of adrenaline overdose are impaired judgment, loss of fine motor control, negative thinking, tunnel vision, frustration and anger, and exhaustion.
Chances are you know if you are under stress. Check your favorite search engine for free stress evaluations if you are curious to see what your stress level is.
About 50 years ago Russian scientist, headed by Dr. Israel Brekhman began a highly top secret research project. Through extensive research they discovered herbs (adaptogens) that help the body adapt to the effects of stress. Adaptogens work at the cellular level helping your body’s billions of cells to function normally (adaptogens do not “cure” disease).
When your body is experiencing stress, adaptogens help the adrenal glands adapt. When the stress ceases, these adaptogens help the glands shut down quicker. If the stress is severe or is chronic, the glands reduce the amount of hormone released. The energy that is conserved is then available to continue your body’s defense against stress delaying or avoiding exhaustion. Therefore less damage is done and the body recovers more quickly.
In the 70’s scientists from other countries confirmed the
findings of these Russian scientists confirming adaptogens make the body’s response to stress less damaging. Scientists also proved adaptogens reduced the body’s response to the “alarm” stage of stress and delayed or even eliminated the exhaustion stage. They also discovered the body utilized fuel more efficiently with less toxic waste which significantly reduce fatigue. Since adaptogens help the body use energy more efficiently, it can store greater reserves which are available when needed.
Prime Delight is a delicious blend of pomegranate juice, adaptogens, and Coenzyme Q10. Prime Delight’s adaptogens are the same as discovered by Dr. Israel Brekhman.
The adaptogens of Prime Delight have the power to combat stress in all forms, mental and/or physical. Prime Delight will help you:
* reduce the effects of stress
* increase physical productivity
* normalize your body’s systems
* combat fatigue and exhaustion
* increase mental acuity
