Have you felt tired, grouchy, or fatigue? If so than you are most likely experiencing symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) The cause of all illness is a result of imbalances in the body, more specifically the organs. A lot of people have to work overtime often usually sacrificing sleep and a proper diet in the process. The Remedy The primary cause of fatigue is improper nutrition. Fatigue is an indication that the cells is not getting atoms through the foods you consume in order to carry out their normal processes. The constant intake of refined foods such as white breads and sugars as well as processed foods
can have a negative effect on your body. Foods like these are depleted of their natural nutrients and give the individual nothing much except for empty calories. Besides causing fatigue they can lead to obesity and a host of many other health complications. Lack of the B vitamins, zinc, and folic acid are a result in tiredness and mental depression. Low blood pressure, low blood sugar levels, and extra drugs in foods such as added colors and flavors. I will recommend eating small meals throughout the day; you never want your blood sugar levels to drop too low. Also, try eating
raw natural foods. Eliminate foods that are processed. One good example of natural food include seeds. It is said that seeds will grow again in your body, rejuvenating it.
