creatine supplements have proven effective in increasing lean muscle mass, reducing fat, and increasing strength. It may also help with fighting Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease and fibromyalgia. In addition, it may help reduce cholesterol and improve heart functionality while fending off brain disorders.

Whey Protein:

antioxidants which can help the body’s functionality in a big way. One of the key men’s health supplements when on a workout regimen, this widely used supplement has proven results.
