In a previous article entitled, "What Are the Top Eight Deadly Public Health Enemies", it was discovered there are eight deadly public health enemies that are killing more than 24 million people a year and causes debilitating symptoms in millions of others. The top eight were heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, Alzheimer's, and obesity. The good new is, there is ammunition that everyone can have in their arsenals to combat these deadly enemies. Let's discover what they are.

1. Elimination of Toxins: Our bodies are full of toxins. If they are not eliminated, sickness and disease develop. Therefore, cleanses to detoxify the body are important. The basic ones are colon cleanses, liver/gallbladder cleanses, kidney/bladder cleanses, heavy metal cleanses, parasite cleanses, candida cleanses, and full body fat tissue/lymphatic cleansers.

2. Proper Nutrition Supplementation: Our soil is depleted; our environments are toxic; stress of all types press against us. The bottom line: it is essential to make sure our bodies are getting the appropriate amount of vitamins and minerals to promote cell and bone health. Therefore, taking high quality nutritional supplements is a must.

4. Stop Smoking: Smoking can cause all kinds of health disorders. It also places a tremendous strain on our bodies systems. Abstaining is crucial.

5. No Tap Water: Tap water is loaded with toxins, poisons, containminents, fluoride, and chlorine. Instead, drink pure water such as water filtered by osmosis or purified by steam distillation.

6. Get A Shower Filter: Taking a shower can cause your body to absorb more toxins than drinking eight glasses of tap water. This is because your skin absorbs all that steam through which many of the chemicals in the water turn into poisonous gas. A good shower filter can prevent this. 7. Eat Organic Food: As much as possible, eat what has not been grown with chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.

8. Avoid Fast Food

Restaurants: The food in these restaurants usually is nutritionally deficient and loaded with harmful chemicals.

9. Reduce Stress: There are lots of ways to reduce stress. These include deep breathing, stretching muscles in a Pilates or Yoga class, exercising, engaging in fun and relaxing hobbies, spending time with friends, etc.

10. Drink Water: It is important to drink lots of water everyday. Not tap water, but pure water. Pure water flushes the body, keeps it hydrated, and promotes a proper pH balance.

So, there you have it. The top 10 ammunition that everyone can have in their arsenal to combat the top eight deadly public health enemies. Follow them and be on your way to outstanding health!
