Bananas, tomatoes, whole-grain cereals, lean beef

Zinc- wheat germ, lean meat, oatmeal, split peas, mozzarella cheese, yogurt, cow milk, shrimp, parsley, liver

Methionine- dairy products, fish, meat, wheat

B-5 (Pantothenic) – sweet potatoes, yeast, eggs, fish, legumes, avocado
