Fear – Ultimate Jail Warden

by Dorothy M. Neddermeyer, PhD

Fear can be as gripping as%97The sky is falling%97or as subtle as%97It doesn”t feel right. When an experience, which resulted in a fear reaction is left unresolved many subsequent situations are seen through a filter of fear.

Fear manifests as:

%95 Jitters

%95 Low tolerance to stress

%95 Anxiety%97albeit seemingly unrelated to reality

%95 Panic%97including heart palpitations (the heart isn”t truly palpitating%97it is merely gearing up to fight or flee%97what the mind believes is a dangerous situation)

%95 Phobias%97agoraphobia the most debilitating

%95 Hypersensitivity to touch, sound, specific frequencies of sound, changes in visual field

While each of these manifestations have medical diagnosis for which there is a plethora of pills, the most effective and fastest route to resolution is uncovering the original experience which precipitated a fear reaction. This original fear reaction was unwittingly not resolved and therefore has colored all subsequent issues one encounters in the now.

Therapeutic Hypnosis is proven to be the most effective and fastest route to solve emotional issues. American Health Magazine reported the following findings from a recent study.

%95 Psychoanalysis: 38% recovery after 600 sessions

%95 Behavior Therapy: 72% recovery after 22 sessions

%95 Hypnotherapy: 93% recovery after 6 sessions

Therapeutic Hypnosis is a special form of communication to the subconscious mind where habits are established and memory is stored. Because the language of the subconscious mind is visual, the more detailed your imageis of your goal, the faster your subconscious mind will create the changes you desire. Once your subconscious accepts a new idea, you automatically accept it at a conscious level.

Therapeutic Hypnosis is a natural state of the mind that is between the aware state and sleep. Driving a route you are familiar with and not being conscious of every turn you make is similar to the hypnotic state. Therapeutic Hypnosis allows you to access your subconscious mind, which makes up 90% of your brain, which stores all memory. With Therapeutic Hypnosis, you reprogram and release thought patterns and habits to make desirable, lasting changes in your life.

You are in control: Therapeutic Hypnosis is completely relaxing and you are completely aware during the experience. It’s a myth that someone is making you do something. The hypnotherapist helps you connect with your subconscious mind, which puts YOU in control of your subconscious mind%97the most powerful and empowering aspect of your brain. Therapeutic Hypnosis restores your freedom of choice, which you haven’t had in many years!
