IF WELLNESS IS A GAME , HERE ARE THE RULES:

1. HAVE FUN in the process of losing weight and getting fit –it will help you “win” this game.


2. DON’T LOOK BACK. Regrets will only slow you down.

3. MOVE TO THE MAX! The more you move, the more weight you’ll lose. 4. CELEBRATE your small victories.

5. DON’T KEEP SCORE. Focus on the game itself.

6. Remember that THE BALL IS ALWAYS IN YOUR COURT.

7. You can call time out — but NEVER QUIT.

8. IGNORE THE NOISY ADVICE from the crowd of spectators — stick to the game plan!

9. ROOT FOR THE OTHER PLAYERS who are in the game with you.

10. BE YOUR OWNCHEERLEADER. Practice the cheer: “My best is good enough!”
