Product Description LIVE THE LIFE YOU LOVE-NO MATTER WHAT!
From bestselling author and motivational speaker Lisa Nichols comes a unique and powerful inspirational program that will both move you and empower you to realize your dreams. Millions are trying to live by The Secret's Law of Attraction, but the truth is it won't work unless you flex your all-important "bounce-back" muscles, which give you the ability to successfully navigate life's speed bumps.
By developing and toning her own bounce-back muscles at critical points in her life, Lisa found the power to become her authentic self and achieve everything she dared to hope for. Now, in NO MATTER WHAT, she offers a groundbreaking program that outlines these 9 Steps or "muscles", which include among others your Confidence, Faith-in-Myself, Honesty Out Loud and Forgiveness muscles, and explains how anyone can use them to achieve happiness and off-the-charts success. In this powerful guide Lisa Nichols introduces her dynamic plan, shares her own remarkable story, and prescribes specific exercises and action steps to inspire readers to learn from their past and move toward a courageous future.
"I've watched Lisa Nichols light up rooms and inspire thousands for years. As a featured teacher in The Secret, she explained the Law of Attraction, but now, for the first time, she reveals her own secret to happiness: the Law of No Matter What. Read this book, and learn to create the things in life you believed were out of reach."--Marci Shimoff, bestselling author of Happy for No Reason and featured teacher in The Secret "Lisa is a living example of what it takes to overcome the inevitable obstacles in your path...with the help of this book, you'll be able to soar to success--no matter what!" --Jack Canfield, Co-Author of the New York Times Bestselling Chicken Soup for the Soul Series
"Lisa Nichols is a rock star of personal growth! Gutsy and authentic, in NO MATTER WHAT, Lisa uses her charismatic and influential style to teach resilience. Whether you are a seasoned student of character and enlightenment or just starting, this book is a must read, advanced course for possibility."--Stephen M. R. Covey, author of The New York Times bestseller The Speed of Trust

Outstanding book of Inspiration February 27, 2010 Herndon Davis (Los Angeles) This book is outrageously outstanding because of its raw blood and guts honesty about the life of its author Lisa Nicols and the evolving spirituality she accessed to become a beacon of light, love and spiritual guide and mentor for others. I list the book as a reference in my book, Repackaged Common Sense: A New Age Path to Career and Business Sucess Her book is definitely worth the read!
Marika Hamilton is Pleased to meet Lisa Nichols October 29, 2009 Marika Hamilton Hi there -
This is a book that every woman should read, especially teenage girls. I will have my daughters read it for sure.
Lisa tells her story - and it made me realize that we really all do have our own stories, sometimes happy, sometimes sad and sometimes painful.
It a brave thing to do to write a book like this. It takes someone that has been through hell, to know how to get back... and the old saying... what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
Lisa has a wonderful voice - so if you like listening to audio books - it is a great listen. It really makes you feel like you know Lisa while listening to her story in her own voice.
This really is a different book - and I highly recommend it.
I am definitely pleased to meet Lisa Nichols!

Such a positive book...fabulous! September 20, 2009 Linda A. Grissom If you are a fan of the secret you will love this. Its the type of book you dont want to put down for a single minute!Such a great positive book.
Awesome July 20, 2009 Shalonda M. Campbell (Memphis, TN USA) I have found this book to be very enlightening and helpful. It has helped me lift my spirits. I have also referred this book to others. This book is Awesome so far and I am only in chapter 2.
A Life Changing Book July 4, 2009 Iris Green (DC metro area) I was flipping channels one day when I came across an episode of Larry King Live featuring a panel discussing women and our self-worth. Lisa Nichols was one of the panelists, and I found her to be knowledgeable and inspiring on the subject of self worth. The next day I bought her book and found it to be profound, a page turner and completely inspirational.
Lisa was a contributor to the book, The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. While The Secret was great in introducing the concept of the Law of Attraction, No Matter What!: 9 Steps to Living the Life You Love gives more concrete insight into how to live the life you desire. Lisa reaches into her own personal reservoir of experiences--many of them adversities that she had to learn how to overcome. Out of these trying experiences, she formulated character-building strategies to help herself and others survive through life's challenges. Many of the strategies that she discusses are not groundbreaking, but she approaches these strategies in a thought provoking way. She teaches us how to turn situations into positive life lessons, essentially turning "lemons into lemonade." Another added benefit of this book is that at the end of every strategy which she calls "muscle," she provides reflective exercises that reiterates the lesson in each chapter. This book greatly helped me through a recent personal tragedy. A couple of days after I nearly completed reading the book, my cat, who I considered a close member of my family, passed away. Her passing was a heavy blow, but I know this book spoke to me and helped me get through my emotional distress.
This isn't a one-time read type of book. I highly recommend reading it more than once--and working through the exercises so that its lessons are internalized. Its suggestions work well as daily habits, which if done as prescribed, can be life-changing.
