Customer Reviews: Basic Thigh MovesAugust 11, 2008 Arizona Native(Phoenix, AZ) There are three different workout routines that address inner/outer thighs, quads and glutes/hamstrings. Very basic moves but adding the cuff w/weights increases the intensity.
I did not use pennies for weights as recommended (plus pennies would not be heavy enough). I ended up buying 2 lb weight circles and increased the weight as my fitness improved.

I bought two books, so I could use a cuff on both thighs at the same time. I work out a lot but this is the first program I found that really addressed my thigh needs.
