This is the most awesome way of life. You are never hungry.You never crave for anything. It has helped me lose weight without any effort. It is a must get book. Great recipes too!

First let me say. . this is NOT a diet book, but rather a way of eating healthy for ever. I've struggled with my weight for over 45 years - it's been a roller-coaster journey of highs and lows. I've tried every diet out there, but nothing really worked in the long run. Eat low carb or high protein and it works, but then when I start eating normally, the weight came back. In desperation and being pre-diabetic with high BP and other health issues, I read an article in a magazine talking about Lets Do Lunch. You eat normal foods and eliminate the troublesome choices. This isn't a Diet, it's a WOE that I can live with the rest of my life. It's simple and fantastic!

Finally, a plan I can LIVE with. I have been following the plan since May 2009 and have lost 20 pounds (slow but steady). I have tried every plan you can think of and have not been this low since early 1990's and so easy to do. I have been very much overweight for 45 years (245 pounds top weight)and this is the first plan I am losing weight and eating food (food I love). I have always said that most plans work IF you can continue them. Unfortunately, I could NOT for an extended time. Either the food was bad or not enought of it. I CAN with this plan. I choose the foods I love and eat until full. No starving. If other plans work for you -- Good. If not, this plan may also be the one you have been looking for. I wish I had this 40 years ago. But at least I have it now. I love it so much I will let you know that I am Ginny M. at the Let's Do Lunch message boards.

I've been obese since the birth of my first child 41 years ago. I've tried every plan ever created to lose weight without any substantial success until "Let's Do Lunch" (LDL). This "way of eating", (woe), has reduced my size, weight, ldl and trygliceride levels and increased my hdl. I'm feel better than I've felt in years, I'm never hungry and rarely have sugar or fat cravings. Thanks be to God for using Roger Troy Wilson to help me learn how to eat well with LDL!!!

This is the last book you will ever need on weight loss! I was looking for a new way to be and Let's Do Lunch gave me a plan I can live with for the rest of my life. Since ordering my book at the end of May, I have been losing an average of 10 lbs a month. It has been easy! My daughter just started last month and has already lost 14 lbs.

On the second day all my craving disappeared. In the second week, my appetite was "normal", although I had no knowledge of what normal could be. Throughout my entire life, I always experienced incredible hunger. I felt like there was something wrong with me; why was I always so out of control? It turns out, I was just not giving my body the nutritious foods that it needed. Let's Do Lunch taught me how to eat to live, not live to eat.

The health benefits are incredible. My energy zoomed from the second day and I am still soaring. I am no longer depressed and my focus and concentration were restored. These are all things I didn't expect. I have Epstien Barr and Hypothyroidism and though I take meds for that, I was 100 lbs over weight and climbing. I tried most of the diets out there and nothing helped to rid me of the cravings and appetite that were always present.

In my search for better health, I had read a lot about the importance of creating an Alkaline condition in the body. I knew that too much acidity is the basis for a lot of disease so when I read the Let's do Lunch food choices I knew it would work for me. Now I am half way to my original goal of losing 100 lbs and it seemd to happen so fast! I KNOW I will reach my goal and beyond as I am learning through Let's Do Lunch to listen to my Body!

The Let's Do Lunch web site is an incredibly supportive community with wonderful recipes and a positive environment that lifts everyone up. And it is all FREE! Roger himself often answers posts especially if there is a specific question about the plan.
