I though I was doing well on taking care of myself until reading the book. The simplicity of the bookprovides the readerthe necesary tools to take the control. I am sure, I will read it more than once.

This book is very interesting and very helpful.
If you are patient enough you can receive a lot of information about what can you do wnen you are in troubles. Dr. Budwig was a very smart scientist and very dedicated. What people write on Internet about her researches is not always the truth. It is much better to read this book and another her books.

This is awesome. Dr. Budwig has proven that our diet is our worst enemy. Processed foods, hydrogenated oils, other bad oils are killing the world population. The worst is that the medical community doesn't care, and hides this information from their patients. Dr. Budwig even won some court cases that other doctors made against her to hide what she has learned in her research.
My wife asked her mother's doctor to encourage her to take vitamins. He said that wasn't his job! Amazing. The Medical community has its eyes and ears closed.
I can't recommend this little book highly enough. Get it, get flax oil and get healthy.

Hi, I have not yet received this product. It is now nearly 2 months and I send an email to the seller and have not received a response. I have also contacted Amazon and they asked me to wait for the seller's response. Please expediate the delivery of this product as it was mentioned that I will receive it by June 16. The idea with flax is not exactly new. Still important and worth considering. Good book.
