Great Book August 14, 2009 M. Feltman This book has some great workouts but after the twelve weeks you are left wanting more.
Excellent workouts! August 12, 2009 Pontus Granström (Malmö,sweden) I've used Mark De lisle book "Navy Seal Workout" and gained 7kg of muscle rather quick! I loved the book, it's exercises, the style and intensity! However doing the same workout over and over again isnt good
so I decided to buy this book that he also wrote! I must say that these workouts are excellent and has more information on training the legs. It's great for muscle development to switch exercises and intensity!
Since I've been doing the Navy Seal Workout for months I started off with the Army Ranger workout and aim to complete that level and then moving to a more demanding workout for the upperbody!
As always with these kind of workouts! Do no not underestimate it even if it might seem like "easy workouts" they are everything but easy and takes alot of stamina, strength and endurance both mentally and physically!
It is the combination rather then individual exercises that leads up to impressive results! As I've said I gained 7kg. The only thing that is missing is information on what to eat after the workouts! I recommend milk and bananas as close to the workout as possible, I would also recommend to stretch after the workouts and not only before.

Complete Satisfaction May 28, 2009 Mack S (KS) This is a great manual for anyone who wants to step up their exercise routine. The exercises and stretches are fairly intesive and you are definitely going to break a sweat while performing them. If regular calisthenics aren't enough, there is also an alternative weight-based routine as well. I highly recommend this book to any interested in the subject matter.
A very useful book, clear and easy to understand April 8, 2009 Jorge F. Duran (Argentina) Is a very nice book, easy to understand specially for no native English speakers. However, I think the author should include some exercises for training in long distance running, swimming, and in my point of view to train in rucksack march you need to hold the rifle, not only the rucksack.
On the other hand the book describe each exercise with great detail and it explain the utility of the exercise in the battlefield.
The routines are slightly hard, but is no matter for people who is systematically trained from years.
This book is very useful to train my Special Forces Company
Special ops fitness training February 26, 2009 Mr. L. Beeston (Bournemouth UK) A book packed full of fantastic information, though not for the faint hearted! If you are looking to increase your overall fitness and conditioning this book is for you. The layout is excellent and easy to follow, and there is enough variety in the workouts to keep one exhausted and amused for quite some time. The only downside could be that the routines are quite hardcore, and some people may find it a struggle to fit everything around a busy schedule. However, if you are looking for no frills and fantastic all round fitness this book is for you!
