I reviewed the book at the library before purchasing. It's a good book for anyone starting pilates because there are good explanations and photos of the many pilates positions and movements.

Love this exercise book. Austin clearly outlines the program, which is easy to follow and effective. With a variety of exercise options, the program allows you to choose what's best and easiest for you, regardless of time constraints. I especially like that Austin is a little older so is aware of the needs of women "of a certain age."

I've been a yoga and pilates fanatic practically since I took my first step. I had a yoga book from years back that taught me everything I could possibly need (it was the one written by Raquel Welch), but I could never find the perfect Pilates book.

I actually had a pile of magazine articles and pictures torn from Prevention and Shape. Talk about an awkward, sloppy workout!

Then one of my favorite exercise and fitness experts, Denise Austin, created a Pilates book. As I thumbed through the impressive book, I knew I didn't need any of my magazine articles anymore.

This is an exceptional instructional book for anyone interested in Pilates - it teaches you each vital move, as well as telling you why it is so vital.

Whether you're interested in losing weight, toning up, or just staying fit - Denise Austin's Pilates for Every Body is the one book you'll ever need. It was everything I'd hoped for and more.

As a bonus, you can't look at Denise's pictures without smiling. Her smile could light up an entire gymnasium.

This is another wonderful Denise Austin workout. I began doing this Pilates DVD over four years ago and still do it. When I do this DVD three times per week, I can really see a difference in the length and tone of my body. My posture is better. I just look overall lean and fit. It is always challenging. She is a great instructor and that really makes this DVD worthwhile. The only downfall to this DVD is that it is a little long so sometimes I avoid doing it because of that but when I do it, I am always glad I did. A lot of the moves I incorporate into my everyday life when I just want to stretch. It is great.
