A friend referred this book to me and I found it on here at a bargain price! I paid about the same price as I would at any large bookstore chain, but my purchase included a fantastic Workout DVD with it! Not only is the book a phenomenal wealth of information, but the workout is just as fantastic! The routine complements the information in the book very well! I highly recommend this them both!
