Good information, good detail. The book provides a lot of very helpful information behind the idea of exercising to be more flexible and is very good and pointing out the pitfalls of being too eager.
Excellent and I find working with it very helpful
Another great book! October 29, 2008 Chickie P. (Exton, PA) I have purchased several books by Sang H. Kim, and I have been very happy with all of them. He has a great way of explaining things, both in text and by using photos and diagrams, that makes the books so easy to read and learn from.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is training in the martial arts, or even just wants to learn how to become more flexible in a safe way.
