This stuff does not taste the best but it really works. I would recommend taking it more than 30 minutes prior to workout because it takes some time to get into your system. However, in the long runs or workouts it gives you a little more to keep going longer than just water and get more out of your workout. Amazon did a great job sending this out to me in a timely manner.
