I just got this thing yesterday at bed bath and beyond ($30-$10 coupon=$20!), and I am very happy with my purchase. I was a little worried that it might not fit in my doorway, but it fit fine and and the bar feels sturdy enough. I hope my doorframe is sturdy enough. It has been so far. I guess time will tell. I listened to other amazon reviewers and did not screw the bolts too tight(they said you might strip the plastic) and I measured how thick my wall/door frame is (they said it would work best for 5.5-6in). Be careful, as this will not work in all types of doorways.
If this bar was made out of metal, I would give it 5 stars. I think it's plastic, but I guess thats why it is only 30 bucks...

I was looking for a way to get this kind of an upper body workout without having to permanently mount a pull-up bar in my apartment... and this product did the trick! It's a great product... does, for the most part, just what it says it does. The only issue would be that it is not really practical for the tricep dips like it says it is.

This is definitely a good work out can feel it in my arms, shoulders, and upper abs. I give 5 stars for the pull up bar and subtract one because the ab straps are difficult to use effectively.
