That's all it does... makes your middle appear firmer but no real size loss. I like to wear it for a mild back support while I'm at work.

its fo bigger people. I have a 30" waist and it was lose on the last zipper but i took the zippers out and re- sew them to get a better fit. its not that bad. It dont really make me sweat unlike some pther ppl's review''s i've read but lets see how it works

my bally slimmer it is exactly as described except the color is grey. I wear a size 14-16 and wear it on the 1st or 2nd zipper. It fits very comfortable, it doesnt ride up and not bulky!

So I just got this item in the mail today and I've been wearing it all day. I've just been doing daily activities and whatnot in it and boy does it make you sweat. I am more on the heavy side and I was afaid that it wouldn't fit me. I had to zip it up on the first zipper and then slide it over my head to get it on. It's not too tight and I can wear cute, smaller clothes and I look GOOD! lol. I gave it 4 stars cause I was looking forward to the blue one in the picture but I got the tanish one. No big deal though... It's doing it's job no matter what color it is.
