Love It November 8, 2008 Lynette Pederzani I enjoy the workouts in this program so much that I even take it with me when I travel. The beginner level is great for those new to working out or just new to Pilates to get familiar with the exercise. I've been doing the Intermediate level for about a year and I occasionally challenge myself with the harder level, but the intermediate routines are still providing benefits. The instruction is clear and well thought out. The "arm weight series" sections included in some of the routines have been as effective for me as my old standard upper body weight workouts. If you want a Pilates program that won't have you looking for something in a month, and one that isn't a hybrid of pilates based whatever, this is a perfect choice.
very basic November 2, 2008 J. Cowell I was looking for something more challenging. I am by no means a pilates guru but even the challenging version of this workout does not do much for me. The pace seems very rushed too. Also, I wanted to learn some new exercises but this has the same ones I've seen on Pilates for Dummies.

Great Pilates video. Three levels with a variety of routines for each level. Some are just mat work and other include the use of hand weights for an arm series of exercises. I'm pretty out of shape, not much muscle and little flexibility. The beginner section is very good so far. I can do it all, some moves are more effort but that's fine. I'm already feeling changes between this and my cardio and I'm looking forward to my winter beach vacation.
Covers It All September 11, 2008 A Green (Michigan) The DVD covers it all from beginners to advanced, with good lessons at each level and routines based on the lessons. Very good to help you tone up and become stronger and I was very happy with this when I wanted to tone up after again a bit of baby fat.

I love the way this DVD is done with various levels to work through that go from easier on up, definately start with the easier levels. The later levels move quicker and are more difficult, though going through the easier levels prepares you well. The instructor provides great lessons at each stage to let you know what moves are being added or made a bit more challenging. I am getting better at Pilates and into shape.
