good dvdSeptember 14, 2009 Nik(Brooklyn, N.Y. USA) I really enjoyed this workout. Lizbeth Garcia is great teacher, she makes it comfortable for the audience to be there even though we are in our homes. Some instructors are loud and obnoxious, Lizbeth is the total opposite. You will enjoy it.
Challenging but do-ableSeptember 11, 2009 AvgMom2(Long Island, NY) I use this DVD on the days when I don't feel like exercising. I listen to Lizbeth Garcia's encouraging voice and then I push myself to do it. The movements are challenging, but you know what? If you can't do it (i.e. teaser on the ball), then you roll up to the point where you feel comfortable. It's a very relaxing way to do pilates. The DVD is 30 minutes long with 8 minutes of extra bonus (they are even more challenging.) Very do-able and very effective.

Good simple workout for indoor routineAugust 10, 2009 Grandma I'm 62 and have had two major abdominal surgeries in the last 10 years and no skinny Minnie. This is a good way to regain some abdominal strength. Yes, it will tire out the true beginner, but that is how you regain your muscle strength. She does show how to do beginner positions and the more advanced positions. Do the beginner ones and work your way up. You will feel refreshed when you are done.

Littlejohn lizbeth is a great teacher- for some reason this is one of the few workout videos where there instructor doesn't annoy me. i think the workout is great- its a constant buildup, offering challenges for the growing advancement. I love her she layers the workouts, challenging several different muscle groups. i LOVE this!
