Just what I was looking forMarch 4, 2010 A. Argyle I have enjoyed this video. 10 minutes is about the time frame I have with everything else going on. I feel like it pushes me just enough so that I can feel good about doing something for my body. I would recommend to a person who wants to get some exercise without having to go majorly out of their way to do it.

Great workout without complicated choreography!January 9, 2010 Marianne('merica) This workout is tough but it is easy to follow, effective, and fun to do! Cindy Whitmarsh is a wonderful instructor. Her cues are excellent; she explains the fitness moves aptly and when needed, she demonstrates the move before she begins the actual fitness repetitions. She has a nice personality and is encouraging without being cheesy. The routines are simple (no complicated choreography) and they do not require a lot of space which is nice if you have a limited amount of workout room. These routines are effective and fun to do which makes working out seems like less of a chore. I highly recommend this DVD.
