Great exercise video!June 3, 2008 I love this exercise video! I think it is one of the best exercise videos by Denise Austin. It took for me a while to learn steps, but... I love challenges! Very beautiful view in the back. You feel that you are part of the group that you see on a screen. I have at least a dozen of Denise Auston videos and I use all of them!
Would buy moreApril 12, 2008 I love Denise Austin's workouts. They are the most effective workouts, that I have tried. I saw results in 2 weeks, when Denise says you should see results in 6 weeks. This workout is great, it gets you really worked out. I love the strength sculpting part, it really tones those tough areas. She is very encouraging.. You Are Worth IT.. :oD

I was pretty disappointed with this dvd. I expected this workout to really get me moving as well as be fun. I was very disappointed. Denise gives little to no instruction on the steps before expecting you to do them "with her" and I thought the moves were more goofy aerobics than dancing. She also needs to work on her counting, on several occasions she says "ok one more time!" and goes through the pattern 6 more times. It did get me out of breath, but because I couldnt stop laughing, not because I was breaking a sweat. All in all, I wish I hadnt bought it, it was a waste of money.
just OKFebruary 28, 2008 I've used Denise Austin's workout vidoes for years. I have to admit that this is not challenging. Denise doesn't appear to be in the best shape either. "Blast away 10lbs" is one of my favorites.
A Great Way To Do Your Cardio!February 25, 2008 I love this DVD! The backdrop is a great Ocean view, the moves are a lot of fun, & Denise is a great motivator! The Cardio works out multiple areas of the body, & the Sculpting section is very impressive as well. I love that you can customize the workout; & I recommend that you do the full Warmup w/Cardio/Strength & Cool-down altogether for maximum results. Once things get a little too easy for you, just get some heavier weights or even repeat the Cardio section... I do Pilates now but this DVD will still be useful for me for a long time because I am always in need of working out different parts of the body; I still use it every day in some way. This is definitely one of my favorites!
