Good Workout November 13, 2009 W. Matthews (Strongstown, PA United States) This is a good, but repetitive workout for your buns, abs, and arms. A step is (can be) used for some of the exercises.
work out video October 26, 2009 Marshell A. Wright This DVD was in exellent shape. It was described exactly on this site and I am very pleased with my purchase.
Best of Tamilee Buns, Abs & Arms Workout October 19, 2009 Jana Fuston I like the workouts, but the dvd has scratches on it which make the end of the arms workout unusable and the cooldown unusable.
Boooooo! October 15, 2009 Glorious Glory (Chicago, Ill USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This DVD is just horrible. The first annoying thing about this DVD is that the workout doesn't go with the beat of the music. It's hard to follow her movements when there is no structure or rhythm. Not only that but the music sucked, it sounded like porn music. As for the movements themselves. they are unnecessarily complicated. It isn't that I can't do them, it's just that they aren't smooth and she doesn't explain them well enough.
If you're going to buy a workout video by Tamilee, buy "I Want That Body". I have that DVD and it's awesome, she is awesome there. She is nice and friendly, informative, motivating and just all around pleasant.
The only reason I bought this DVD is because I wanted more variation in my workout, and I expected her to be as good as she was in "I Want That Body", but she isn't. This time around Tamilee seemed like she didn't care as and was just going through the motions.
And that last thing that peeved me off bout this DVD is Tamilee's face. It seems she has had some sort of "work" done, and I couldn't take her seriously. I can't take instruction from someone on how to improve my body by someone who has cut up their face. Overall she and the DVD seem really fake and uninteresting. I wish I could send it back but it isn't worth the shipping fee.
Not near as good as the 80's version June 1, 2009 M. Busch I had the original Ab's of Steel from way back when and lost it! This one has decent workouts, but is not near as good as her original...it seems to be scaled back.
