Customer Reviews: Good kettlebell workoutDecember 18, 2009 Thomas A. Heikkinen(Fort Lauderdale) This was the first kettlebell DVD I bought. I workout 5-6 times a week and since starting the Stomach Meltdown a bit over 2 weeks ago, I have tightened up my core a lot and gave my 54 year old metabolism a solid boost. I will be moving on to more advanced kettlebell DVD's but this DVD is a good for a kettlebell beginner who is in reasonably good shape like me. I use the time the instructor towels off his sweat to take care of my own sweat so I do not consider that a liability or shortcoming of the DVD. Be forewarned- I would recommend learning how to do snatches and the Turkish windmill before starting the workout on the DVD.

Not Worth The MoneyDecember 15, 2009 Cheryl L. Malone(Costa Mesa, CA USA) I was really disappointed with this workout; the exercises are very common and not done with great form. Plus, the instructor is wasting time by stopping to drink water and wipe his face.
