I have two left feet but would recommend this video to everyone! Once I learned the dances which to me a while, not because of the step by step instruction which was very good I might add, I was able to do the 15 minute workouts.
I purchase this video in December of last year and have lost 17 pounds from the 15 minute workouts 3 times a week. By the way I have yet to change my eating habits ;-). Thanks for the workout and all the fun im having showing my friends the latest line dances.
