This is the only exercise DVD I have been able to master. Most DVD's and aerobice classes are difficult for me because once I master what is going on, we have moved on to the next thing. I can follow this DVD easily and I never get bored. I've been doing Leslie's series for over 3 years and it has made me fit. I started with very light weights and now do the workouts with 8 lb weights. She shows how to increase the intensity as needed and she is always right! I am strong now and I always work up a sweat. Thank you Leslie - this is the only exercise I have ever done with any consistency.
Great WorkoutJuly 10, 2008 First of all, I love Leslie Sansone. That being said, I orginally bought her VCR tape many years ago and it finally went bad. So I bought the DVD and just love it. I highly recommend her workouts. I also recommend her Walk With The Family DVD. That's a high energy workout with Walk Away the Pounds.
Fantastic Walking ProgramJuly 6, 2008 This DVD is alot of fun to work out with and a great way to start a walking routine. The choice of the shorter workout is a very good option if you are trying to get back into shape or a walking routine. She is a good encouraging instructor

I love these walking workouts! I have the 1 and 2 mile and the 3 and 4 mile. Right now I'm using this one (1 and 2) as one of my prenatal workouts. The two mile is absolutely perfect! I have my OB's consent to do this, it is perfectly safe just monitor yourself and slow down if needed. I've been working out for a long time so I haven't needed any adjustments. This workout helps me feel great, I don't have the aches and pains I did with my last pregnancy. It feels so good to be able to continue my activity!
Before I was pregnant, I used this DVD as an add on. I'd do the one or two mile and then lift weights or do yoga for 30-40 mins.
This is a great workout for beginners, intermediates and advanced exercisers. If you are a beginner, this is an easy way to get started. Intermediates and advanced, it's a fabuloous add on to whatever you are doing. It's a great way to mix things up and add in something different. Or, just something easy for an "off day". I've been pleasantly surprised at how effective this can be!
Nice & EasyJune 10, 2008 This is the perfect starting point for anyone interested in getting in shape. I didn't even use weights for the workout and still felt it. The is a nice, easy pace, and Leslie is easy to understand. Nothing difficult in this workout at all. I recommend it for everyone (even my 8-year old son loved doing the workout).
