Very low impact - good for older or beginnerOctober 21, 2008 Elizabeth Moreno(Austin, TX) This is merely a sculpting workout. It was very low impact. It was clear through some of the language and instructions that this workout is tailored for older women. It is not really getting your money's worth as far as a fat-burning workout. I will use it as a supplemental sculpting workout to be paired with another cardio workout.

This is an excellent workout! If you really want to "shrink your female fat zones" this is a great way to do it! Denise is encouraging, makes the routine fun with some dance steps, but nothing too difficult - especially for those of us with two left feet! The workout is hard enough, but not too hard. Denise offers less difficult moves and advanced moves for the more intense parts of the workout...no one gets left out. You can keep moving and making progress with every workout. I purchased 3 of Denise's DVD's to keep my routine "spiced up", no boredom. Also, I recommend reading Denise's book "Fit and Fabulous After 40"...a most excellent read for those of us either approaching forty or beyond.
DissapointingAugust 22, 2008 Cassidy(Lafayette, LA) I do like Denise Austin, but I also have her 10 Minute Target Toning DVD and within the first 5 minutes I was doing the same moves she does in the other DVD. I wanted a different workout, not more of the same. I didn't realize you need a stability ball for part of the exercises and I haven't gotten around to buying one yet. I think I will try the 2nd workout when I get my ball, but I was dissapointed with the other exercises.
