Bob Klein's "Chair Exercises for Seniors"October 21, 2008 Paisley L(San Jose, CA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The exercises appear ordinary, yet they bring great results! It helps reduce my lower back pain and leg problem after a recent car accident. His voice is calm and clear. This exercise not only helps your body but also calms your mind. It's a great supplement to the regular physical therapy sessions but only cheaper. Being pain free is priceless! Thank you Bob!

Good for seniorsJanuary 27, 2008 Ann Dixon(Kentucky) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great dvd for all ages but has been really good for my 91 year old mother who recently suffered a stroke. What's really good is that it incorporates the use of a chair with arms that so many seniors require, the arms of a chair, to help them get up. This was the only dvd I found with that feature. I would recommend that it be close captioned as many seniors have hearing loss issues as well. I enjoy doing this with my mom and so does my husband.

Excellent instructions and results. Great for post-polio syndrome individuals who are now in their 60s. Skip the leg exercises if too strenuous, while keeping the upper body limber.
