This is a great workout if you only have 30 minutes to work out. It gets your heart rate up but you dont feel totally exhausted after you do it. Great workout.

As an advanced (but not too advanced!) exerciser, I'd consider this an intermmediate workout. The choreography is a bit more complex than some of Karen's other workouts, so beginners might have trouble for the first few run-throughs. Also, unlike usual, Karen doesn't really remind you about proper form when she does torso twists (e.g. a baseball swing and the short boxing sequence), so if you are a genuine beginner who isn't familiar with proper technique, it might be possible to hurt your back. As usual, all levels can do Karen's workout, and modifications are built in. It is just under a half hour, which consists of a solid warm up and two cardio sections, and then a yoga-inspired stretch. She ends after some challenging moves, and unfortunately doesn't actually do a cool down, so I have to march around for a while to bring my heartrate down before doing the stretch (hence the four stars instead of five). Really, I think the workout should be 45-60 mins--the 30 mins seems too short, but I pair it up with her new Slim Toning on a Ball workout (also a half hour) for a proper workout.
