Product Description Celebrated Yoga teachers Ravi Singh & Ana Brett have produced this (user-friendly, conveniently chaptered to fit any schedule) 60 minute Kundalini Yoga DVD to give you a complete workout and guide you towards your Ultimate Stretch! Ana & Ravi's Kundalini Yoga DVD's are an all-in-one yoga system. They are designed to bring balance to your mind, health, and emotions, and imbue your life with inspiration and fearlessness. A flexible body is a youthful body. In some cultures age is not measured chronologically, but by the flexibility of one's spine. Flexibility enhances the energy flow in the body. When energy flows our life flows in new and surprising ways. For instance, when we free up our hips, we free up our possibilities and we can move forward in life, towards fulfillment. This DVD begins with a warm-up followed by an invigorating all encompassing workout, deep healing relaxation and a moving meditation to leave you blissful. This program has been updated with new commentary and the Matrix Menu Option, which gives you the ability to pre-program your workout. No more fumbling with the remote to get the workout you want! This DVD features superb production values and an inspiring soundtrack.

Love it! September 30, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this video to help improve my flexibility. In just a few short weeks I've already noticed an improvement. This is kundalini yoga so there are elements of meditation which I really enjoy. I feel so great after completing the session - would recommend it for individuals of all levels!
Excellent Buy September 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is was my first Ana/Ravi yoga DVD, purchased because of the consistently high star rating by reviewers. I typically work out 5 times per week, usually incorporating pilates at least twice during the week. Many of my friends are into yoga, but I've always scoffed at the notion of yoga being as good a workout as pilates. After doing this workout, I eat my words! It is easy to over-do it, so if you are a yoga beginner, TAKE YOUR TIME! Ana/Ravi have incorporated some advanced poses and breathing, so if you can't do it all the way, use modifications. My hamstrings are sore for a day or two after I do this workout. It is worth the money!

I am results oriented person so the fact that I'm guaranteed to look and feel better after any one of their workouts has me addicted. I feel that this workout has made me more flexible in just a few sessions and has given me a nice clean tone. I used to dislike stretching, but now with this DVD I look forward to it. Call me shallow, but the fact that I'm guaranteed to look and feel better after any one of their workouts has me sold. Ana is so inspirational to watch and a pleasure to work out with. I already have Fat Free Yoga and Kundalini Yoga for Beginners & Beyond (which I highly recommend) and I plan to get every one of their programs.
The Best Stretch Ever September 14, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This dvd is amazing when it comes to developing flexibility quickly. In fewer than four sessions I have gone from being able to put my fingertips on the floor to putting my head to my knees. My only warning is to people that easily hyperventilate or have low blood pressure -- some of the movements involve fast breathing and moving your head from standing to the floor extremely quickly. This could make the workout difficult for some. Just remember to go at a pace that feels comfortable, and everything will be fine.
Best of the Series September 12, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Of all the DVDs of Ana and Ravi that I own, this one is my favorite. I am a registered yoga teacher in training and a middle eastern dancer; and this session is a wonderful addition and compliment to my usual workouts and practices. I highly recommend it for loosening up the body and for the joy of the spiritual aspects it offers.
