Great workout for core strength and flexiblity!February 15, 2010 Eileen(Palm Beach, FL) I've been doing Winsor Pilates for years, now. I started with VHS tapes and wore them out, so I had to buy the DVDs. I admit I got suckered in by the Daisy Fuentes ads (hey, she was chubby for a while and then looked great post-Pilates). However, I was pleasantly surprised at the pace and quality of the exercises. Even the 20 minute workout is effective in toning your core up quickly and increasing flexibility and balance. I usually don't have an hour in the morning to do the advanced, so I like to alternate between the Basic Workout and the targeted workouts for abs and lower body. It's nice because you don't need to get all sweaty and dedicate a full hour+ to a workout to reap the benefits. After a lapse of about a year (laziness) I've gotten back into it and have noticed that my abs which were pretty out of shape, regardless of how many crunches I did, are starting to bounce back and flatten out - yay! I recommend this for just about anyone wanting to strengthen their core and increase the length and flexibility of their muscles!
p.s. I combine these workouts with three days at the gym doing cardio (30-50 minutes) and light weights, for maximum weight loss/maintenance.

I bought a used tape. I was not very happy with the shipping because it came very late. The CD is very used and not in a good condition. I will keep it for now but it was not a good plan to choose a used CD.
Secret WeaponDecember 21, 2009 Stephanie Quinn(Ogden, UT USA) Winsor pilates is my secret weapon whenever I want to shape up fast. If you're consistent with it, it really works! Of course you have to eat a bit healthier than usual, but nothing too drastic. I usually do the twenty minute workout and run three miles per day. I can't stress enough how well this works. Within two weeks you will definitely see results. It honestly sucks the fat right out of your body.

Im sixteeen and wieghted 153lbs I was borderline overweight and was already experiencing health problems. Winsor pilates helped me flatten my stomach give me more flexabilty and iam now 127lbs the best ive ever looked with the help of the special k diet and running 3 miles a day. With the right diet and exersise for you with the combo of the 20 minute workout included in this dvd you will get amazing bennifits just like I did!
