Product Description From pick-up secrets to mind-blowing sex, the king of the climax nails the finer points of giving and receiving perfect pleasure.
One of the most recognizable names in porn, Adam Glasser has slept with more than six hundred women, on and off camera. In his first book, this professional Casanova reveals the naked truth about getting laid, addressing the nittygritty questions that amateur sexperts never even thought to ask.
Rock Her World features three sections (About You, About Her, About Sex) that cover everything a man needs to know, including how to keep the male equipment in top shape, "sexercises" for improved performance, the truth about erectile dysfunction, and other fundamental topics. Next, Glasser tours every crevice of the female anatomy, with eye-opening explanations of a woman's orgasm- including female ejaculation-and surprising findings about what women really want in bed. From foreplay and oral sex to intercourse, all aspects of sex are demystified. The details of contraception, sex toys, anal sex, spanking, and the art of seduction are hammered home alongside hilarious anecdotes from Glasser's career (including one peculiar costar's climax-control technique). Fleshed out with illustrations (both instructional and comic), Rock Her World gives every man a chance to learn the art of world-class lovemaking from a legendary insider.

| Customer Reviews: Just ok, nothing fantastic February 14, 2010 Dale James 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
No real earthshattering news in the pages. Just the author bragging about his personal achievments over the years. If you really get a lot out of this book, you've got problems to begin with.
This book rocks!!! February 13, 2010 4seasons (Hollywood, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have read many books in my life so far, mostly autobiographies. But I can say without a doubt, that "Rock Her World" is one of the most entertaining, intriguing, honest and surprising books I've ever read. The catchy title caught my eye while reading the "Book Soup" e-Newsletter. I did some research and found one very detailed review (the book had just been published, so no other reviews were out yet). I ordered the book that same day :) I wanted the book for two reasons: #1) Being a woman myself, I was curious about how Adam viewed/portrayed us, and what he would tell men about us (given his profession, my expectations were rather low, to be honest). #2) I was hoping to eventually interest my boyfriend in the book too, because I was not very happy the way things were going in the bedroom. We never had problems talking about sex and having sex several times a week was great, but it lacked serious quality and passion. He was a very selfish lover and I even told him once, that he was my worst lover ever.
Well, this book changed EVERYTHING!!! First, we decided to read the book to each other, chapter after chapter, which was GREAT fun :) We both soaked up Adam's stories, tips and advices and began applying them in our relationship. Soon we were not just having sex, but were making wonderful and satisfying love. When he once asked me, if his "ranking as a lover" had improved, I told him, that he now holds the top spot :) Needless to say, he was beaming with pride :)
The thing that surprised me most was, how much Adam loves women. And I don't mean just sexually, but whole-heartedly and in a very sincere way. He is the guy every woman dreams about, because he simply "gets it", or better, he "gets us"! He seems to truly understand a woman's needs on every level. I cannot tell you, how many times I said, "That's exactly it!!!" or "That is so true!". It was wonderful and refreshing to have someone finally "spell things out" and address the many (complex) issues in a very simple and easy to understand way. The book covers EVERY aspect imaginable about a "man's world" and a "woman's world" and on how to understand and/or combine them. The recommendations and solutions are excellent, and the humorous drawings, the fun quotes and facts add to this book being a great read. If every man read this book, this world would be a much happier place and divorce rates would decline drastically! Thank you so much, Adam - YOU ROCK!!! :)
Point of view makes a big difference... January 30, 2010 Thomas Duff (Portland, OR United States) So do you really want to take your sex advice from someone who has starred in countless porn films and has been in bed with hundreds (if not thousands of women)? Depends on what you're looking for... If you're looking for mechanics, positions, and very off-the-wall techniques that probably are more for filming than actually enjoying, then have at it. He's definitely cataloged a lot of information here, and it's presented in an amusing format. On the other hand, I would have to question the emotional/mental side of the equation, as "rocking her world" is more than just "do this, this, and this to her." It may work that way in the adult film industry, but not in real life.

ok for what it's worth December 3, 2009 anonymousfeminist 4 out of 7 found this review helpful
I must caution readers not to take all the advice in this book seriously.
Use common sense.
Case in point, readers are told that a "hooded" or "hidden" clitoris is not acceptable, and that the hood may be surgically removed to allow greater sensitivity and stimulation.
The hood is the clitoral foreskin and should be left strictly alone; all clitorises are extremely sensitive and have 8,000+ nerve endings, more than twice the number of the penis, and unless the foreskin is somehow attached or fused to the clitoris and cannot be gently pushed back to expose the glans,-which is rare (and in this case, a physician would only attempt to surgically loosen the foreskin from the clitoral glans, not remove it entirely)- there is absolutely nothing abnormal about it. I suppose in porn movies, removing the hood may improve sight lines, but it is a ridiculous idea.
Fun, imaginative read. November 19, 2009 C. Smith 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Rock Her World is written by a producer, well known, of adult films. So, I'm thinking, he probably knows what he's talking about, right? Well, he does and this book displays his ample knowledge. What I liked most was that it was laid out very well, almost meticiously, and was so easy to read. I think, however, that is not only a great guide for men--which it is--it's also a great guide for couples, too. The anecdotes were hilarious, too. If you are thinking about buying this book, my suggestion is that you do. It can and will make all the difference. I highly recommend it, along with Sex Machine: A Man's Guide to What Really Pleases a Woman in Bed.
