Editorial Reviews:

Description
Taiji Qigong prepares your body and mind for great Taiji (Tai Chi) practice by loosening your joints, warming your muscles, stimulating your Qi flow and sharpening your concentration. Qigong is also the key to developing the phenomenal martial power of Taijiquan.

In addition, regular qigong practice accelerates the health benefits of Taiji. You'll enjoy reduced stress, a stronger immune system, and a deeper awareness of breath and body coordination.

This video teaches lots of things, from body stretching, to standing qigong, to tai chi movements, to walking tai chi. If you are involved some time to tai chi, this video tape stands alone. The quality is excellent, very clear sound and images. There is so much information in it, you can spend quite a lot of years with it.

This video is for anyone of any age. It helps you develop your chi and if you do not know what that is, the video helps you to understand and experience the feeling of chi. It runs through the techniques very slowly although when describing the walking tai chi you may need to do some rewinding to master the technique. I recommend this video to anyone who is willing to learn, or is learning tai chi.
