Product Description CIA VIDEOS is a great video company that releases TONS of videos with new instructors all the time. Where producer. /instructor GREG TWOMBLEY gets his energy beats me, but he should bottle the stuff. Here are a couple new ones from his company; CIA 9803 TWO WORKOUTS IN ONE includes a 60 minute Hi/Lo workout with Greg himself and then follows with a 60 minute two vertical step bench workout with SUE GENT and DOTTIE LEE. This is a KILLER tape. The floor aerobics work out starts with a warm up and then gets into 42 minutes of floor work that is more athletic and less dancey than most of the CIA videos. Greg leads the work-out and then midstream, one of the other people takes over for a bit of a twist to the work out and then Greg comes back and ALL the moves are combined together into one block after another. It is not so complicated if you learn a block at a time and don't add in the high impact modifications until you are totally familiar with the low impact ones. It is a great little work out and Greg is friendly and fun and definitely high energy. I know he is a busy guy but I would love to see one new tape with just him. I know he handles the video production for lots of instructors including Cathe Friedrich and Janis Saffell so he is a busy guy but c'mon Greg!! We want to see more of you in front of the camera! (He is cute too!) The tape is worth getting for this work out alone.
