Serious Bun WorkoutFebruary 9, 2005 A. Baxter(Pensacola, FL) This is the best bun workout i've found . . .even if it is 10 yrs old! It includes a very nice warmup/cooldown section as well as plenty of stretches. The video has two main components: standing and floor work. I also like the video because it is filmed outside with palm trees instead of in a sterile studio environment. Judi's voice is soothing and calm- not hiper and over-the-top like some instuctors. All in all, this video is a serious workout that keeps my buns and thighs toned!
