Amazon.com QuickFix Firm Buns is an excellent series of three 10-minute workouts emphasizing buttocks, no equipment needed. The exercises are varied, effective, and carefully chosen. The first workout presents innovative, well-designed standing exercises and combinations that target the buns from all angles. Because you're standing and lifting one leg to different directions, you get the added benefit of working the core muscles (abdominals and back stabilizers) and the thighs as well as the buns. The second workout presents more standing exercises, this time using a chair to help you balance so that you can do the moves more deeply. Even experienced exercisers will be challenged and surprised by the effective variety here. The third workout, done on the floor, offers variations of traditional floor work. It's less innovative and less varied than the first two workouts, but still effective. Each workout has its own short warm-up, so you can do each segment on its own. Nancy Popp is a superb instructor, clearly explaining proper alignment and how to target the buttocks most effectively. --Joan Price

Okay, so I might have been really lucky with some of the workout tapes I've recently chosen, but this is another one I couldn't possibly give less than 5 stars. Nancy is amazing (and my personal favorite, Minna is in the background) - she has put together three truly effective sets of buns exercises; a few I haven't seen anywhere else before and there are some really amazing combinations as well. She gives perfect cues and is inspiring without being overwhelming. I don't even remember the last time I did a workout tape and felt it the next day - the first time I did this one, it happened. I could just SO feel my buns. :) I can't tell how effective doing only one ten-minute set at a time is, because I always do all three in a row, but this way it sure works! Great job, Nancy!

This video is not very challenging, and hard on your knees. It is about half squats. There are better buns workouts in both Redbook's Ultimate Abs and Claudia Schiffer's Perfectly Fit Legs, neither of which are targeted specifically towards the buns.Oh, and if the word "gander" gets on your nerves, this tape will drive you crazy.

I really like this video. It's fun, and Nancy, Minna, and Julie are great at keeping my interest. I usually do one or two segments in a day, but maybe soon I'll do all three. :) My favorite is the third section, which is floor work. I seem to feel that one the most. But all three are good, and great for doing on a tight schedule.

This is a great workout, if you are short on time and can't workout. There are 3 ten minute workout routines, I personally enjoy the very first routine and the time goes by so quickly. This is a great workout for your buns and legs. I only wish the workouts were at least 15 minutes instead of 10. However, I am happy with the results that I am starting to see.

Consists of three varied workouts, so you will never be bored.. Each one is ten minutes long and pretty intense, so you FEEL like you are actually doing something beneficial in those ten minutes. If you have more time, you can do all three workouts for even better results! KUDOS to quick fix!
