DVD August 13, 2008 Tina Straughterbrewer (Texas) It looks so easy, but when you are done, you will feel the burn, the pain and the work you have done! Thank God it is only 8 minutes! It works, but be prepared to hurt. And as you know, no pain, no gain!
NOT FOR BEGINNERS August 6, 2008 jarrelle (sj, ca) THis is definitely not for beginners especially the abs section. The other workouts are OK. So if you are out of shape, think twice before getting this one.

June 15, 2008 RRhinehart (Kailua-Kona, HI) I started using the original 8 min abs way back in 2002, and 6 years later I'm happy to say that :08 Min Core is a great program that I continue to use every week. The ab/thigh/bun workout sections are great, and in my opinion the abs workout alone is worth the purchase price. The arms and stretch sections are not to my liking, but for buns/thighs/abs this is still my #1 favorite exercise DVD. Please make sure to do some lower back exercises to balance your abs though, even just 50-100 toe touches. I really threw myself out at first when my abs got strong.
8 min Core workouts June 5, 2008 J. Thompson (Denver) This is a fine video for short 8 minute workouts. Once you have done it enough you need to start doing the exercises before the instructor finishes explaining them otherwise you do not get much of a workout. The thigh and bun workouts are quite similar.

Bring back the original. This may be a good workout, but only if you can stick to it. I was bored after doing it a few times and can't find the motivation to keep using it. The Jamie Brenkus series was easy to stick with and fun to do!. I wish they would reissue it.
