Amazon.com The three 10-minute workouts in QuickFix Legs & Arms target arms and legs in an effective and varied sequence of exercises. The first workout works both arms and legs together with quickly changing, multiple-muscle exercises using a set of three- to eight-pound dumbbells. For example, you are lunging with the legs and doing a combination for the shoulders and triceps at the same time. The second workout offers powerful lower-body exercises using body weight: lunges, squats, plies, and leg extensions. The third is a weight workout for the upper body, switching muscle groups nonstop for an effective workout even in 10 minutes. Each workout has its own short warm-up, so you can do these on separate days. With whole workouts squeezed into 10 minutes, the quick stretches at the end aren't adequate--add more on your own. Instructor Minna Lessig and her two fit assistants demonstrate the exercises well. If you are limited in time and you want to work out effectively, this is a good choice. --Joan Price
Product Description If you have 10 minutes a day, you can have stronger, leaner legs and arms. QuickFix Legs & Arms has three great 10 minute workouts to give you the look you want: defined buttocks, hips and thighs and sexy, toned shoulders and arms.

Wow, what a workout! August 19, 2007 Joan Gill (MN) For only 10 minutes each, it's such a tough and effective workout! No kidding it's part of the Quick Fix series because you get results very quickly! this one's great!

quickfix arms and legs by minna March 31, 2006 excellent tape , workouts really focus on area for toning .I can see a difference allready. If you are serious about toning your arms and legs ,i would highly reccomend this tape ,it really works. I use it as often as i can, even before i go to work i know with this tape whether it was ten minutes or thirty you will feel the great workout. i highly reccomend it ,not one of those tapes with dancing show girls. These girls are serious.
A must have! August 4, 2005 K. Simmons (TN) All of the videos in the Quick Fix series are excellent. The work outs are broken into three parts of ten minutes each. All that one needs is tennis shoes and some weights and a good attitude toward getting fit. The instructors give clear and easily demonstrated excercises. I will use this video on hectic days. I usually use 5 lb weights. It is both challenging for the begginer and someone who is in good shape.
What can I say? Love it! March 31, 2005 Viktoria (New York, NY) Okay, so being a Minna Lessing-fan I might be positively prejudiced, but this tape just goes to prove she's a real pro. Don't expect anything outstandingly new from this tape, she just combines good ol' squats and plies in the standing leg-work and different types of lifts with handweights in the arms part of the workout. What makes it great is that even though it's a slow-paced, low impact, pretty "laid back" workout (just what I like instead of jumping around), it still makes me sweat. If you're not just starting out, my advice to you is to try and complete all three of the workouts and you'll definitely feel like you've done some serious work.
