I have been working out with videos daily for seven years,I purchased this video two years ago,it soon became my favorite step work out.It is divided into three sections beginner intermediat and advance you can do one,two or all three sections.the work out really made me sweat.The atmosphere and music are nice too.Go ahead and buy it.
