Decent workout - esp. when short on time August 21, 2008 Cassidy (Lafayette, LA) I really enjoy the abs & arms part of this DVD. As someone else said, if you're looking for a major ab workout, this isn't for you. She focuses more on the arms than the abs. The ab workouts are good, there just aren't as much as I expected when I bought this. I also like her fitness tips she gives when she's working out. It's nice to hear how knowledgable she is. I like to use these workouts as a warm-up to my cardio. However, I'm not crazy about her leg workouts. I don't care for the sliding exercises she does and I just don't feel like they work for me. I find they are too easy and I get bored doing them. It may be better for a beginner. The arm and segments definitely make this worth buying though.
It's just not enough. May 28, 2008 Jae Tee (Santa Fe, NM) This DVD has 6 workouts on it, 3 for abs/arms and 3 for lower body, all of which clock in at 15 minutes, including a quick warm up and stretch. I started using this DVD when I decided to get back into shape again. I really hadn't done anything in quite a while, and I figured that 15 minute programs every morning would work just fine. The only problem was that I, a total beginner, found it way too easy! I didn't have trouble doing any of the exercises, and I didn't feel any burn the next day, which I really should have considering my level. However, there are good things about this DVD, like the instructor. Tamilee Webb does a great job. She's informative, likeable, and she never gets annoying or over excited. She explains everything perfectly. I definitely want to get another Tamilee tape and give her another chance. The only thing I didn't like about her was her totally dated outfits. The DVD was obviously originally VHS. I don't miss nylons, white socks and scrunchies as workout attire.

This product is ok, but I thought the arms would be a new addition not combined with the abbs. I feel like I'm not getting the abb work out I want from this video. I wouldn't have bought it if I knoew this.
Good Beginner Toning DVD November 25, 2007 Holly Jean Johnson (Conshohocken, PA) I was very pleased with this Tamilee workout DVD. I have used her products before. She is a great personal trainer! The reason I like her so much is she really helps you understand your body and what you are working while toning. She points out which muscle groups are being worked on as you go along. Furthermore, she understand that we do not all have time to work out as much as she probably does. She designs her workouts for people who have busy schedules. Six 15 minute work outs allow me to get 30 minutes of toning in, 3 to 4 times a week along with power walking for cardo vascular. She also makes it possible to work out at your own level (beginner or advanced) while using one DVD!
