This workout is great! It is divided into 3 levels for beginner, intermediate, and advanced abs. Beginners just do the first segment, but as you get stronger, you continue with the workout until you are completing the entire video. It is quite rewarding to get to that point too! Gilad offers encouragement along the way, helping to motivate you to finish (just 2 more, you gotta want these!). I would not buy a workout video from anyone but Gilad.
