I don't own this video because there wasn't enough info for me to purchase it. It's a three pack, what are the three tapes? beginner, intermediate and advance aerobics or are two of them tonning? People don't want to buy something if they don't know exactly what they are going to get.

As a health educator for seniors I found this tape to be just the thing. If you are presently fit it will keep you fit, if you need to work up to that level this video will help you get there.
