Having recieved the 4 Island Girl workout videos (tahitian cardio, tahitian hip hop, hula cardio & hula abs and buns) just over a month ago, I have no hesitation in recomending these to anyone, who enjoys dance, as a form of getting fit. If you have purchsed the "Hula for weight loss", and "hula for beginners", earlier last year, also done by the same instructor "kili", please do not let those, put you off purchasing these (all 4). The Tahitian Dance and Hula Dance forms have a subtle, but noticeable difference... The Tahitian Dance form is a little faster, therefore it builds up a sweat, a little quicker. These videos have great instruction, get you in shape, and are fun to do. I've searched extensively, and there are very few Hula Instructional tapes available on the mainstream market, and the bonus of these 4 (available to purchase seperately) being as good as they are, makes them well worth buying. I would recomend you buy all 4 in this "Island Girl workout series", as you won't be disappointed. P.S: to all of you out there who enjoy bellydancing, just as I do, as some of the moves are similar, I feel you would enjoy these also.
