I recently purchased this tape and am thrilled with it. As a morning exerciser who hates getting out of bed, I try to make the most of the time I spend working out. This tape has been wonderful for allowing me to choose how long I want to stretch for - it's broken into 3 10 minute segments. I feel the instructor could provide more breathing cues, but the flow of the movements is steady and effective. There is a clock counting down the time of each segment, so you always know how much time you have remaining (handy on those days when you just want to get it over with!) I would suggest that those who have never done yoga before also get "Basic Yoga for Dummies" featuring Sara Ivanhoe. That tape demonstrates each of the basic yoga movements, shows you how to do them safely, and provides excellent breathing cues to get you in the habit of inhaling and exhaling at the right time. The instructor for this workout, Joy, seems to assume the exerciser knows how to do each pose with proper form, so having some prior instruction would be handy. Overall, I am thrilled with this tape and would absolutely recommend it. Whether you are looking for a quick stretch or a longer workout (you can do all 3 segments together), it's wonderful!
