This book is quite lacking and a disappointment as compared to, "Eat This Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide: The No-Diet Weight Loss Solution." Don't waste your money on this book. The "Eat This Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide" is a much better guide; in my opinion.
