Sam Dwokis writes a personal and educational approach tomanaging and possibly even eliminating chronic physical problemsthrough the study and application of yoga techniques. It is simply and beautifully written. If you are looking to increase your sensitiviy, understanding, and application of hatha yoga, I highly encourage you to read this book.
