I purchased the textbook and workbook from Amazon and studied for the certification test for 2 months and easily passed the exam. Great personal training philosophies and thorough explanations and teaching. I will keep this book as a reference for years to come.

This is a great book, I am using this book to study for my NFPT certification. The muscle break down in Chapter 4 is really awesome and helps a lot with the origin, incursion, and actions that I have to label with a worksheet I was given in class. The questions at the end of the chapter is good to briefly support the questions and it is just the right amount of questions.
